The Green Ember Cover Sneak Peek

October 2, 2014 by Andrew Mackay 9 Comments

Publishing books has been a part of the vision for Story Warren since well before we knew we would call it Story Warren. I’m so excited to be in the launch phases of our first title, The Green Ember by S. D. Smith. Yesterday, we had five questions with the author. Tomorrow, we’ll launch a kickstarter project aimed at getting this book into your hands. Today, I have the cover, unveiled in it’s final form. You’re seeing it here first.

The cover art is by the inestimable Zach Franzen, whose art adorns the interior of the book as well. The design is by the always-great Paul Boekell. We’re so pleased with how it turned out.

Please check back in tomorrow — there’s more fun to come!

Looks fantastic! But is it bad if at first glance I thought the center image was of an eight-track tape? #oldguyfail #getoffmylawn

That’s from the 8-track tier. Good deal.
