Rachel lives in Aurora, Illinois where she fills her days vocationally with managing volunteers at a local non-profit and seizing every moment she can to get outside to garden, enjoy a nature walk with a friend, and sit down by a big tree with a good book. Through engaging with her local church community filled with children, she has found a great gift in being a spiritual mom to them. These children have fostered many creative outlets for Rachel, including writing about small, everyday moments and capturing simple moments through her family photography business.
