A Story Warren Workshop for Kids and Fantastic Flying Books

February 27, 2013 by S. D. Smith 5 Comments

Take a peek at our event coming up on March 23 in southern West Virginia for kids aged 7–12 (featuring our own, illustrious Zach Franzen–creator of the image above). It’s called: Illustrate Your Imagination: A Workshop For Kids Who Love to Draw. Check it out.

And now, a movie.

This short film won an Oscar and, believe it or not, is still really wonderful. 🙂 If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s lovely and well worth a watch with the kids. Mine loved it (as did I). Enjoy!

This was created by Moonbot Studios. You can purchase an interactive app featuring the film here.

Close, but sadly no. My sister Carrie is in PA…I’m over and north in Michigan. I’m temped to ask if we could be sent a story for the girls to illustrate 🙂 .
